Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
